Still off grid aside from the odd text message, Carphone Warehouse offering an upgraded Internet package which is rather bizarre. all things considered.
Civilised start , me and Robys swerve breakfast, Clares cuppa had an oil slick appearance more BP than PG. Pay up and say goodbyes hopefully... we been assured we have a plane for us and sure enough after the arduous hotel transfer to the airport of 6 mins looking good so far in that we have the all important boarding pass
Into the departure lounge - 15 seats and all quiet until a dozen Germans arrive in true germanic fashion. Hoping they are not on our flight and worked out the logistics that 15 people do not fit on a 12 seater ideally and they seem to have bought half of Munich in terms of luggage.
Incoming plane appears ,it's ours and yet again just the three of us although we are going to Dar as scheduled and not to Zanzibar but I'll take that. Lovely flight and into Dar domestic terminal, we are again on our own and a few concerns from the check in staff about our tickets but all good in the end and shuffle into another departure lounge, we have a full flight of 12 - how rude! and we rejoin the plane we got off 90 mins ago with the same pilots.

It was a little cosy and the all balancing/weight checks I've had before on Loganair out to the highlands and islands don't apply here it's free range/free for all. It's only a 20 min flight. Clare held a young woman's hand all the way as she was petrified of flying.

Our local/loyal taxi man from week one was waiting to get us back to the original hotel and collect big cases and laundry and a much needed lunch. 90 mins across the island we are as far east as you can get and the journey interjected with his local knowledge was great.
Arrived at the Hotel I had advised our driver, looks nothing like I booked and I've no easy access to check, they have no idea who I am so I'm struggling a bit here but manage to fathom it out using a map. Get to the correct place and it's stunning.
